Unable to remove files during directory syncronization

Windows Version : 8.1
Transfer protocol : SFTP
Gui/Automation: Automation

Issue :

Using the .net library to automate directory synchronization. Attempting to download files from a remote server. Files are downloaded successfully but are not deleted even though I have the removefiles flag set to true.

You misunderstand what the removeFiles parameter does.
It's for deleting obsolete files, not for deleting transferred files.

Thanks for clarifying the delete functionality, I understand that now. Can you give a better description of an obsolete file. I have read through the synchronizefiles function definition page multiple times and it's not clear to me what that really means.
