Hosting ID and SFTP location same

Hi,

I have Hosted my site on same SFTP location which i use for WINSCP,so while deleting the file i get error network time out.

HostName = 000.000.00.00,
and on this server i have host my website on IIS.

please help me what to use in hostname ?

To refer to self, use localhost host name or 127.0.0.1 IP address.
