out of memory

When I tried to open a file which is about 78 M, it said out of memory.

Thanks for your report. You indeed cannot edit such a large files in WinSCP internal editor. Consider using an external editor capable of editing large files. Or if you actually wanted to open the file in an associated application, use Open command, not Edit (the default for double-click).
