Progress bars in progress window should be swapped

Winscp 5.7.2 on Windows 8.1.

The top two lines of text are about the individual file transfer taking place but the bar underneath is the global progress. The bottom two lines of text are about the global progress but the bar underneath is the individual file transfer bar. Could you swap the locations of these two bars?

Thanks for your suggestion. We will consider this.

Though please understand that the top bar is there for all operations (delete, etc.), where it shows overall progress. So if we swap the bars for transfer, the top bar function will be inconsistent.

It's the same problem. Everything from top bar up is available for all operations. The part below the top bar is available for transfers only.
