openssh-clietns package

Hi,

When using WinSCP, openssh-clietns package will of unnecessary on the server side?
If, when unnecessary, please tell me why.

You do not need it when using SFTP protocol. You may need it when using SCP protocol (the scp binary is execute remotely by WinSCP).
