SFTP/SCP fails with non-standard port?

Hi!

I'm trying to connect (WinSCP 3.6.8 build 245) to a server that's running sshd on port 6667 (isp does not allow access to priviledged ports), but all I get is "Network error: Connection timed out". With Putty (release 0.55) everything works just fine, and from another *nix box all ssh, scp, and sftp work just fine. Has someone else bumped into this behaviour? Is there something we can do about it?

Regards,
Pasi

I connect to port 2222 without any problems. If you resolve this, let me know how.

Hi,

I resolved the same issue by ensuring that passive mode was set, and ensured the force IP for passive connections was enabled.
