Opensshd on Windows access to / folder

Hi,

I have set up opensshd for windows and have set up a few user accounts with the correct permissions etc. in WinSCP once the user has logged on, they are able to access the / root directory. What permissions do I need to change so that the users can only access their home directory and no others?

I do not know. I even doubt that opensshd have the option.
