SCP from command prompt

I have to schedule file transfer from Unix to Windows using SSH & SCP. I need a batch program with the commands for establishing the connection and copying files to a specified local folder. Please help....

WinSCP will support this in the next release, within few weeks, both for SCP and SFTP. Meanwhile you can use some command-line tools, like PSFTP.
