WinSCP erasing store session information after save on relog

The WinSCP program recently started having issues where it doesn't store the stored session information anymore even if I save it or use certain information by default. No matter what I do the information now is always gone each time I restart the program. Is this a registry key issue from a windows update perhaps? This has been working fine for a long time now and all of a sudden just started happening, any ideas?
