Error occurred during loggin. It's been turned off. (This error ocurred occassionally)

We have set up a windows task scheduler job which runs every 10 minutes. This job just downloads some files from destination server.

We had this problem occurred only once so far in few months.

Error description :
WinSCP.SessionRemoteException: Error occurred during logging. It's ben turned off. --> WinSCP.SessionRemoteException: can't open log file. System Error. Code: 5 Access denied.

The jobs successfully runs every day. We got this error just once so far.
