Missing of html files in templates folder and avatar/upload folder

Dear all! and Admins! Please, help me out! I dont know why, but yesterday my two folders disappear from FTP.

I iquired hosts of droplet, but they do not keep any snapshot and backup.

How can I restore this data?? Please...

You have to contact administrators of your FTP server.
