(ESshFatal) Network error: Connection timed out

We are currently expericign a problem that maybe someone can help me with.

I have two compaines who are trying to connect to our server using WinSCP and they are getting netowrk errors.

I can connect fine from home and using another SFTP client so I do not think it is our server.
