[Bug / Feature request] Make the console window a non-blocking window

Hi,

at the moment, the console window (see attachment) is a blocking window, which means you cannot access the main GUI while running a command. You even can't minimize the main window because the console window is blocking everything. I doubt that this is intentional, so I flagged this as a bug.

Please make it a non-blocking window instead.

Use Open in PuTTY command if you need a separate console window.
