cannot copy files from a drag operation - can only move

Since nobody else is reporting this, I think this must be due to something I am doing wrong, but I cannot figure it out! I can't find a configuration combination that will allow me to copy again (from a dragging operation).

I am using 3.7.1 (build 257) of WinSCP and When I drag a remote file to my desktop (or to any folder on my local computer) I am prompted to Move the file or Cancel. I used to be offered the opportunity to Copy the file (leave it on the remote server and copy it to my local computer).

I am using the Explorer interface (but I was before, too). Here is a snippet from my log.

Re: cannot copy files from a drag operation - can only move

Disabling "Allow moving from remote directory to other applications"? may help you. There are several topics on the forum that explain the problem in more details.

Re: cannot copy files from a drag operation - can only move

Since 5.14, it is always possible to use drag&drop to move remote files to external applications, while copy is always the default operation.
