navigate to remote drive

Newbie question here. Sorry.

How can I see files/directories outside of the home path of the remote server?

It's a backup server and there's a huge d:\ drive on which are huge files that need to be co-located off-site and I'd like to use WinSCP to bring them over.

Is it possible?
