Can this WinSCP work just like NC access local only ?

Can this WinSCP work just like Norton Commander that both Right and Left Panel both access Local hard drive then that will be just like NC.

I too would like to have WinSCP be able to function just as a local disk only Norton Commander like file manager. The ability to work with 2 seperate local disks or directories with the added functionality of being able to instantly open a scp session to a remote host in either pane.
