continuation after disconnection

I have been using winscp for some time now and have noticed that if you have a file open (text editor) and you get disconnected..that file can no longer be saved.
You need to reconnect and download again before you can continue.
Is this something that can be fixed?

I'm not planning this soom. But maybe sometime :-) Have you tried to setup keepalives?
