High resolution (3000x2000) causes tiny icons

I found the place to set the font size, is there somewhere to set the icon size? If I didn't know the program so well, I wouldn't know which icon to use...

I sent my Surface Book back, so I'm on my old computer and don't need the high resolution version. While I used it, it looked fine. Thanks for letting me try the beta, when I find another computer I will probably need it again.
