How to make visible the .htaccess file on Commander remote panel? By uploading from local panel to remote one it drop out. By repeat the upload reports that the new file already exists, but it looks as if it has disappeared.

Maybe try pressing "CTRL + ALT + H" at the same time? If it works, read up on linux/unix hidden files.

Enable Show hidden files preference option:
