Could not retrieve directory listing

I'm using FTP Server Ultimate on my Nvidia Shield TV but I get "Could not retrieve directory listing" errors when trying to browse a folder. It looks like WinSCP duplicates the name the of the folder. For example, if I enter the storage folder this is what happens:

. 2015-12-06 17:48:36.067 Retrieving directory listing...
> 2015-12-06 17:48:36.067 CWD /storage/storage/

I tried Filezilla and Total Commander and both work as intended.
