Support for OpenSSH SSH-2 format Private Key

I use Vagrant to create VMs for my development environment. And the Private Key generated by Vagrant is in OpenSSH SSH-2 format. So, to be able to use WinSCP, I have to use PuttyGen to convert the key each time I redeploy the VM.
Please add support for OpenSSH SSH-2 format of private keys.

WinSCP 5.8 beta automatically converts the private key to .ppk format for you.
