I have open session in WinSCP GUI where I can browse around, click files to edit and WinSCP will watch them for changes and upload them back. Can I issue a command to edit/watch a file by path from command-line?

Use case: I'm viewing a log in terminal and I want to copy/paste server path from terminal windows to some command so file opens in my local editor without mousing and clicking around to find this file in tree. None of syntax I've found in help so far allows to pass such command to already existing session. Opening a new one even if WinSCP stays behind and will watch for edit is not an option because session uses OTP token and it be more work to retype password every time.

There's no option to open file for editing in an existing session.
