Disconnected from server - Could not retrieve directory listing

Get connected then

ERROR - WinSCP

Lost Connection
Disconnected from server
Could not retrieve directory listing
Error listing directory '/'

I can connect to other FTP sites from this machine, get a directory listing and transfer files just fine.

So it is not the machine, must be some kind of a setting.

Suggestions?

You should better contact the server administrator. We cannot tell you why the server disconnects you.

I suspected it is something on their end. I wonder if they have their firewall configured for this location to block outbound data?
