Network error: Connection refused

When I login using Version 3.1.0, there is a "searching host" notice, and then an error message -- "Network error: Connection refused". This happens with every setting I have tried (SCP, SCTP, etc.; Default, /bin/bash or /bin/ksh; LF[10] (Unix) or CR/LF [13/10] (Windows) EOL characters). I know this system has worked on this computer in the past. Is there anything that would be causing this?

Thanks

I have tried using the latest release (3.7.5) and have found the same results. Here is a session log:

Re: Network error: Connection refused

Are you sure that SSH server is running on the other end? It can also be firewall issue.
