Restrice Edit - on Local directory as well

Dear Support Team,

I have gone through the restricting editor for remote directory, and able to implement the same,

But I cannot restrict the same in local directory. I can double click on file inside winSCP the file gets open.

I have restricted the text editors through group policy so the user cannot open the files from my computer ...

Kindly assist.

WinSCP does not support this, sorry.
