Request help on upload multiple file with regular intervals using winscp script

Hi,

Kindly help to get sample script to upload files with regular interval into SFTP folder using Winscp.

Example :

Files : File 1 to File 10

Remote folder \sample\out

Requirement:
1. Move file 1 then wait for 30 secs
2. Then move file2 and so on

Do the files have a fixed name? Or are these 10 random files? Why the pause?
