Error changing directory

Hi

I'm running this command
winscp.exe /console /script="example.txt" /log="example.log"

it seems it can't access the remote directory I asked for
Any idea why ?

What makes you believe that you need to use the /home/user? The initial folder is /ftp/users/cm, so it does not look like the server directory layout is following the standard *nix layout.

Can you post a screenshot from the GUI showing how you navigate to the /home/user?
