Prob. in using winscp client from asp.net

I'm using winscp3 client to upload some data to other servers, which have winscp3 server installed on them. I'm callin the winscp client from a batch file, which is invoked by my asp.net appliation. The winscp then transfers the data from a script file. This is the requirement.
I'm able to do this successfully from windows application but from the asp.net appli., the process is not exiting and the browser is going to not-responding state. What may be the prob. Is this a security issue or may be any other.
