WinSCP minimises when connecting (and wont maximise again)

I believe since update (KB3163018) for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems that I now cannot connect to a SFTP location via the GUI without WinSCP minimising and possibly crashing as it also becomes unresponsive. I have tried updating to the latest version and the issue still persists. My other Windows 10 system that has yet to install this Windows update can still connect without the issue occurring.
