option quiet

When using the synchronize command from console mode, it would be nice to have an "option quiet on" that would cause it to not give messages about files that are already up to date so that no action is taken.

I believe that WinSCP does not print messages about files not being transferred. You may mean messages about directories, in which no change is made, do you?
