transfer exclusion - ignored?

I have set the exclusion filters to ".* _*" to ignore files/dirs starting with dots or underscores. However, keep-up-to-date and synchronizing still tries to compare such files, for example persistently looking for .svn directories remotely (when I explicitly don't want them to be ever transferred or even looked at).

Am I doing something wrong here?

Masks should be separated by semi-colon. Please read documentation.

Okay, I'm blind. I mistook FAR's file mask setting style with WinSCP's. Sorry :P
