What would be the WinScp setup/executable version for dll version 1.0.0.725?

I have installed latest version but when I am using in my .net code I am getting "
Incompatible external console protocol version 5." so please let me know the executable version/exe set up for dll version 1.0.0.725?

Just download the "automation" package and use both binaries you find there.
