openssh Windows cannot see Drive E or F

Is there a way to see drives other than C on my openssh windows server?

When I connect remotely I can see the C drive ok but not any other drive. Actually I only want users to see one folder in my F drive. Is that possible?

Forgot to mention I am using SFTP

Use Remote > Go To > Open Directory and type E:/
