SFTP is suddenly stupid slow

I'm a long time WinSCP user, and I've loved my experience. A few days ago, my WinSCP SFTP performance suddenly tanked on my VPS. I get around 50,000B/s for speed, and it took 22 minutes to download 1GB of data. I tried to download the same 1GB of data on WinSCP on another computer with the same internet connection, and it downloaded in 3 minutes. The rest of my internet on this computer is fine, with fast performance, and fast download and upload. For whatever reason, SFTP in WinSCP just got stupid slow suddenly. Any help is appreciated.
