logging of the actions

WinSCP is a fine tool. I use it for remoteservice of many servers. I call WinSCP from commandline, because my contacts are in a database. it would be great if i can call it in the following way winscp3.exe UserName:Password@IP-ADDRESS $PROTPATH\date_winscp.log so that i can protokoll my action.

I'll consider this.

Anyway, it may not be difficult for you to turn on logging by modifying registry or INI file.
