Can't log on to linux device

I use Winscp to transfer Voice Mail databases fro the Linux to my PC. 7 of 10 PC's that I interface with have no problems. Each time I use the exact same procedure except for the IP address. If I use the same credentials with Putty, I can access the device. PC restrictions??

Please attach WinSCP session log file and PuTTY event log for the same server from the same machine.
