Allow to pass -h on the file property dialog to change the onwer:group of a symlink

When you change the owner of a symlink, it doesn't edit the owner of the symlink, but instead, the owner of the file or directory pointed to by the symlink.

In order to change the owner of the actual symlink, the chown needs to have the -H parameter passed.

When the property dialog is called on a symlink, can we have a checkbox "Edit properties of symlink" ?

Is this for the SCP protocol, I assume?

Would it be OK, if WinSCP always uses -h for all symlinks? That's an easy change.
