Server resources low, disconnecting

After looping some time in new thread with infinite while loop (every 1 min) on the SynchronizeDirectories (server to local),
i get "Server resources low, disconnecting" error.

Why is that and what to do to avoid that?

That does not look like WinSCP problem to me.

But anyway, it looks like you reconnect each time. Did you try reusing the same connection each round?
