WinSCP wont connect to FTP server

Hello,

Iv been using WinSCP for a while now and have had no problem. However when I tried to add a server;

ftp.icenetwork.net
user: user@icenetwork.net
pass: *hidden*

it keeps saying my password is wrong when trying to connect. Iv tried logging in to just icenetwork.net - no look, iv tried using just sully as the username - no look. Why would that be? It works fine in IE - if I go to ftp://icenetwork.net in IE it works fine and I can connect.

WinSCP is not FTP client. However on the host there seems to be a SSH server. But you may not be allowed to connect to SSH server even if you are allowed to connect to FTP server on the same host. Check with the server administrator.
