winscp.net SSL issue with Chrome

Besides the fact the website winscp.net does not show the content correctly in Chrome 51.0.2704.103 64bits, there is also a problem with SSL.
If I try to download winscp via CDN with Chrome, I get ssl warning because the Cloud Services Root CA certificate is not trusted by Chrome.
Works fine with IE or Firefox.
Anyway, I can download the latest version, but just want to flag this so it can be fixed.
