New user Can not connect

Hello, i recently downloaded winscp v3.7.5 and i can not connect to anything. Even servers that i know exist i always get session timed out. Does anyone know what might be the problem, are there any features i need to include to use the client or specifications i need to incorpoorate. thank you

Check your firewall settings. It may block WinSCP.

No,im using windows server 2003 web edition, andi can't log in using any other ssh client either, none of the computers on my network can use winspc3 to log onto any server, is there a certain network configurtation that hinders access.

This definitely looks like firewall issue. I have not other idea, sorry :-(
