Unusual RunOnce request

WinSCP 5.9.3 on Windows 7 SP1


I have been a user of WinSCP for many, many years. I installed WinSCP this morning. Shortly thereafter, WinPatrol notified me that InnoSetupRegfile.0000000001 wanted is-C0JT0.exe /REG/REGSVRMODE to RunOnce on Start Up.

I do not ever remember installations of WinSCP requiring me to run a registration program.

I found the following files in C:\Windows:
is-C0JT0.exe
is-C0JT0.lst
is-C0JT0.msg

Could you please let me know what these files are?

That can happen when the installer needs to upgrade the WinSCP drag&drop shell extension.
