Memory error when creating directory with .NET

I use WinSCP Version 5.9.2 (Build 6958) (OS 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 - Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard) from an Applikation.
Winscp Reports a memory error when I try to create a second Directory with 'CreateDirectory' but only with SFTP Protocol. If I use FTP no error occures.
In both cases I use the same Socks Proxy with the same port. The SFTP Server is an PSFTP Server (PSFTPd SVC (Secure FTP Server) V. 10.0.1 Build 679)

Thanks for the Debug Version. I tested with 5.9.3 and the debug Version and the error is fixed in this Versions.
