Convert WinSCP hostkeys to OpenSSH or SECSH format ?

Hello,
Is there some ways to convert the ssh hostkeys stored in WinSCP.ini to an OpenSSH or SECSH format ?

There's no easy 1:1 conversion to OpenSSH format. WinSCP stores a hex string. OpenSSH uses Base64. That's easy to convert. But OpenSSH data have some prefix, which is more or less fixed, but I'm not sure what that means.
