FTPS Connection problem

I'm having problem with my script connecting to an external FTPS server

script: ftps://user:password@ftp.logistics.com -timeout=60 -explicitssl -certificate="XXXXXX" -rawsettings FtpForcePasvIp2=0

Can you connect with any other FTPS client?
