Windows key has no effect when cursor is in address bar

Hello there!

Pressing the Windows key has no effect when the cursor is in WinSCP's address bar. Pressing the Windows key should always open the Windows start menu. For example, when the cursor is in the address bar of a Windows Explorer window, pressing the Windows key does open the Windows start menu.

I am using WinSCP 5.9.4, running under Windows 10 Version 1607.
