keep getting error transfering file related to plugin

Hi, I'm trying to backup my web site from the server and use a backup plugin on the site and when I try to FTP the site to my hard drive I keep getting error transfering file related to this plugin and its folder...attached is a screen. I keep clicking on skip but is there a better way around this problem like don't back up this folder or automatically skip? Please let me know. Thanks!

You are probably hitting Windows path length limit

Yes, you can exclude certain folder.
Specify exclude file mask in transfer settings:
