SCP/SFTP

When i connect using SFTP and try to execute some command, FAR plugin asks me if i want to start another SCP connection. Can you please add option to auto start SCP connection in background right after SFTP connection is istablished?

Added on TODO list. But this is not that easy to do (especially for FAR plugin), so I do not promise anything.
