Topic "Using a wildcard in Synchronise"

Hi Martin and everyone.
I have an academic website with over 10,000 folders depending on the historical region, city or ruler.
When I update the website once a month, with additional images, I need to synchronise the files in e.g.
/greece/pisidia
/greece/phrygia
/greece/paphlagonia
/greece/phoenicia
/greece/pontos

and
/greece/lydia
/greece/lycia
/greece/lycaonia

but not, /greece/mysia, /greece/egypt, and thousands of others.

Is there a way I can use a wildcard to, for example, only synchronise the folders in
/greece
that begin with the letter "p" such as the ones above ?
To do a synchro on the entire /greece folder takes so long.
