Can't login when build WinSCP source code

I built source code that downloaded from sourceforge.net. But, cannot connect to server. Downloaded Execution File was connected.

I did input informations for session and then pushed "Log In" button. But, I couldn't connect to server with connection fail message at Login Dialog.

What's wrong?
